WHAT WE DO
Adapt Landscapes creates stunning and ecologically thriving gardens using native and edible plants and seamlessly integrated hardscapes. We combine ecological expertise with artistic design to craft unique outdoor spaces that look and feel timeless.
DESIGN & planning
Our design process starts with getting to know you—what you’re drawn to visually, how you want the space to feel, and how you plan to use it day-to-day. We take the time to listen and translate those preferences into a landscape that’s beautiful, functional, and rooted in ecological care. The result is a space that fits you naturally and supports the way you want to live outside.

TRANSFORM your yard into a native garden Paradise
Transforming your yard with native plants and thoughtful design creates a space that is both beautiful and ecologically meaningful. Such landscapes support local wildlife while also improving soil and water health. At the same time, they provide inviting areas for relaxation, recreation, and entertaining, connecting you more deeply with nature. By blending aesthetics, functionality, and ecological resilience, your yard becomes a place that is visually striking, environmentally beneficial, and enjoyable for everyone.
We design outdoor spaces that you will love throughout the seasons and for years to come.

What people are saying

“Just starting my journey working with Adapt but a long initial consult with William leaves me super excited about re-designing my garden to be a far more native plant based ecosystem. He’s extremely knowledgeable and the process is already loads of fun!.“

“After asking many others about a rain garden, Adapt helped us design and install one that we are eager to watch grow. We even had blooms just a few months after and we are eager to watch it grow and mature in the coming years. Their staff did all the heavy lifting and the design incorporated our feedback and concerns.”

“The team at Adapt Landscapes is fantastic! Their passion for restoring native landscapes is the driver behind everything they do. I was lucky enough to have them redo my entire front yard this year, from design to execution. Billy listened closely to my requests for what I wanted the end “look” of my yard to have, and used plants and shapes in the design that would allow for that. I look forward to watching the plantings continue to grown and thrive and for all the butterflies and other pollinators to enjoy my garden!”
field notes: oaks
Come see what it’s like to turn your landscape into the picture of ecological health and glorious beauty.Oaks are keystone plant species. Their foliage is food for thousands of insect species, especially moths. Their acorns feed birds and mammals as well as insects! Their stately architecture allows copious filtered light through their canopy allowing for a luxurious growth of wildflowers, grasses and shrubs under their boughs. All of those plants supports thousands of species in their own right! This makes oaks a lynch-pin of ecosystems in which they are found.
